Seit Wochen versuche ich, meine Rufnummer zu einem anderen Anbieter mitzunehmen (offensichtlich weil ich mit T-mobile nicht zufrieden bin) - ohne Erfolg. T-Mobile blockiert die Rufnummernmitnahme, obwohl ich, das Formular und die Kündigung abgegeben und den Kundenservice viermal kontaktiert habe (Chat & Telefon). Keine Lösung, keine Rückmeldung. Einfach nur enttäuschend.
Nie wieder!
Ich war etwa 15 Jahre bei denen.
Habe jetzt den Anbieter gewechselt, weil mir knapp 60 Euro im Monat zu viel waren.
Jetzt habe ich die Abrechnung für einen Monat bekommen mit über 180 Euro als Grundgebühr.
Das wollte ich selbstverständlich reklamieren.
Und jetzt beginnt es. Es ist quasi unmöglich Kontakt herstellen.
Meine Telefonnummer ist nicht mehr aktiv.
E-Mail? Irrtum. Da muss ich mich einloggen, was auch nicht mehr geht.
Abgesehen davon, das E Mail-Adressen auf der Homepage geführt, gar nicht mehr existieren.
Via Chat? Nicht für mich möglich, muss mich einloggen.
Ein Schelm wer da denkt, es wäre Boshaftigkeit und Schikane.
Ich habe die Vermutung, man lässt das bewusst so laufen in der möglichen Absicht, das der Kunde genervt aufgibt.
So mein Eindruck.
Vor allem, nach drei Monaten ist auch die Einspruchsfrist abgelaufen.
Das Unternehmen knickt gerade in den USA vor D. Trump ein. Wenn man Anstand und Menschenrechte aus wirtschaftlichen Interessen an einen Autokraten abegeben kann, wird es insgesamt fragwürdig.
Nach über 8 Jahren gekündigt. Lästige Werbung per SMS, Per Anruf und wiederholt zu den selben Produkten! Die Häufigkeit grenzte schon an stalking. Leider wurde stream on gesetzlich abgeschafft, was einem die Entscheidung noch leichter fallen lies. Bin jetzt bei 1&1 und habe sogar da Netz wo die Telekom versagt hatte zum Bruchteil des Preises.
I initially had some problems when I switched to this company but the technical issues were finally resolved. The only remaining problem was their policy of keeping a new phone locked for 40 days even though it was paid for. (Who knows why!?!). But after 39 days I got a call from a representative who said he saw that there were a few problems initially and wanted to know if everything was working OK. I asked him if my phone would be unlocked automatically the next day and he said no, but he would do personally do it when he came in the next morning - and he did. What a pleasant surprise!
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the three-hour ordeal I went through while dealing with T-Mobile's customer service. The experience I had with them regarding the replacement of my OnePlus Nord phone was nothing short of a nightmare.
Over the course of three hours, I was transferred between multiple representatives, leaving me exhausted and drained. Despite investing so much time and effort into resolving my issue, I was left with no resolution in sight.
To add insult to injury, this frustrating experience occurred not just once, but on multiple occasions. Each time, I patiently explained my situation and hoped for a swift solution. Unfortunately, T-Mobile's representatives seemed unable to provide the necessary assistance or even basic answers to my queries.
It is truly disheartening to see such a lack of efficiency and effectiveness in a company's customer service department. Three hours of my valuable time were wasted, and I received no tangible results or relief for my problem.
As a customer, I had expected T-Mobile to uphold a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and the experience left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I sincerely hope that T-Mobile takes these issues seriously and works to improve their customer service processes. Three hours is an unacceptable amount of time to spend on a single issue without any resolution. It is my earnest hope that no other customers have to endure such an arduous and unproductive experience.
Based on my personal encounter with their customer service, I cannot recommend T-Mobile to others. The three-hour ordeal I went through has left me with a negative impression of the company, and I believe potential customers should be aware of the challenges they might face when seeking assistance from T-Mobile.
I strongly urge T-Mobile to reevaluate their customer service practices, provide better training for their representatives, and implement efficient systems to ensure that customers do not have to endure lengthy and fruitless interactions in the future.
T mobile glasvezel genomen, maar geen wifi signaal nadat de monteur is geweest, op mail word niet gereageerd en als je belt kun je zo lang wachten dat je op een gegeven moment de verbinding verbreekt.
Chaos Pur,habe eine Zahlungsvereinbahrung mit denen getroffen,Geld Überwiesen,was allerdings wieder als Gutschrift zurück kam,und Promt eine Zahlungsauffoderung,wurde ein Vertrag gekündigt,was zutreffend ist,folglich wurde es abgeschalten,allerdings gleich 2 Handy,weil unter gleicher Rufnummer lief,es erfolgte ein telefonisches Gespräch,und es wurde wieder Freigeschalten,allerdings nur das schon gekündigte.
Na mal sehen was so passiert,werde mir Mühe geben

Vreselijke klantenservice. Erg onbeschoft en je wordt niet geholpen. Er is op naam van ons bedrijf een contract afgesloten maar info hierover krijg je niet.
T Mobile committed blatant fraud. I called toward the end of 2022 about switching from Verizon to T Mobile the crooked sales agent said if I change services they will pay the one thousand I owe on the phone paying Verizon. I then switched over and a couple months later I recieved a bill from Verizon regarding the 1000 dollars so I called T mobile and they said I was supposed to fill out a rebate but the crooked agent at T mobile never once brought up anything about a rebate. They said they would look into it. Then hurricane Iran came and flooded and destroyed my house. Meanwhile i was getting letters from a collection agency. Once the smoke settled from the hurricane I called again and T Mobile said they will not pay off the phone. People belong in jail for fraud in this company. My debt is still in the collections and I now switched over to Xfinity ridding the corrupt T Mobile. Their service is horrific and they are very corrupt boycott this trash please
