Amazing customer service

I have had Superdrug Mobile for more than 4 years and I am very satisfied overall. What has impressed me the most is the amazing customer service. I am a big fun of the 'chat' function where you speak with agents (rather than robots) who are always extremely helpful and kind. Nazia, whom I have spoken to a few times, always goes above and beyond to help me.

Expired plan? Not a problem. Superb customer service

I am a past customer of Superdrug Mobile, my plan expired when I went overseas. On my return I purchased a new SIM and tried to activate it. My dashboard wouldn't let me because of the expired plan and suggested using live chat to sort it out. I fired up the live chat and was connected with a very helpful customer service representative called Courtney. Courtney was understanding, polite, and very efficient. After establishing my identity Courtney quickly found a solution and I'll be activating my new SIM soon. This kind of customer service is why I always come back to SuperDrug Mobile.
