I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

I just spoke to Majenta via the chat feature on Superdrug’s website regarding a mobile sim deal and the help and assistance I received was very professional, kind and very informative. I’m seriously considering joining because the deal seems very decent overall, but also if I do decide to join, the main reason would be because of the level and quality of customer service I received today.

I’ve contacted Superdrug mobile via the chat feature twice now with questions to get my sim set up and move my number over (sometimes it’s just easier to ask a human!), and both times I’ve been put through straight away and spoken to Courtney who is just brilliant and gets everything done within minutes. The service with Superdrug is just lovely and I’d really recommend, you just don’t get that efficiency or such lovely friendly personal service anywhere else. Thank you Courtney!
