Expired plan? Not a problem. Superb customer service
I am a past customer of Superdrug Mobile, my plan expired when I went overseas. On my return I purchased a new SIM and tried to activate it. My dashboard wouldn't let me because of the expired plan and suggested using live chat to sort it out. I fired up the live chat and was connected with a very helpful customer service representative called Courtney. Courtney was understanding, polite, and very efficient. After establishing my identity Courtney quickly found a solution and I'll be activating my new SIM soon. This kind of customer service is why I always come back to SuperDrug Mobile. Thanks, Courtney!
