Returning a SIM card
I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

Great help from customer services live chat. I forgot to add a promo code at the end of setting up my sim and a lovely person by the name of Mateusz sorted my bill out for the year and applied the promo code. Super happy with the customer service so far.

The Chat Service
The ability to contact your advisors easily and quickly using the chat facility. I have used Superdrug for approximately a year and have on 3 separate occasions asked for help using the chat facility. On the first 2 occasions this was due to getting the correct mobile network settings on my iphone 7 when travelling in France and Switzerland. The last occasion was today when my iphone 7 did not allow me to make calls out or receive calls in. Mateuz went to a great deal of trouble to take me through the necessary steps to resolve the difficulty finally in resetting the Network settings. All is now good. Thankyou very much.
