I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

I've just had to use the chat options for Superdrug mobile today and luckily, I got to chat with Mateusz. I've had an ongoing issue between my health and beauty card and my points since November, but chatting with Mateusz today has reassured me that the issue is being looked into. The mobile itself has been absolutely excellent for my children. The coverage is great where they live and even on the 30gbs, it's more than enough for the tiktok and YouTube lovers! Highly recommend and the chat has been helpful for me a few times now.

So glad i joined superdrugmobile. I have been with them for years now, without issues. Payment is reoccurring without issues every month all inclusive. I especially like the fact I get points every month for being a continuing customer. Also am pleased about the fact the prices have stayed the same, when everything else has inflated. I would totally recommend the all inclusive package, with internet, calls and text.

Recently went to the EU on hols. Read the roaming page information and expected it to swap over without issues. What happened instead was I was left stranded with no coverage whatsoever. I had to purchase an ESim from another provider to get internet to get able to do anything and go anywhere!!! I got onto Superdrug via the chat, whilst polite they were absolutely no help. They then abandoned looking into it and then when I got home 3 days later I received a message saying "we can see your service is operational now, glad it's all resolved" It's not resolved though!!! And if I go abroad again, the same thing is to be happen. So, after a long time customer of superdrug I will be leaving. I asked for them to cover the cost of my esim but even that was too much for them, and eventually they offered a "goodwill gesture" covering half the cost of the SIM. Stressful, unnecessary, ridiculous and zero interest in trying to resolve it whilst I was abroad.
