Worked for a week now in day I get 10 mbps an at night it's fine this is clearly being throttled an this isnt run off of three it is owned by threes owner Hutchinson so they do throttle an lie about it cause they just 3 superdrug is not connected an you have no way of actually talking to a human for help as this is a virtual network run by a8 they asked for my IMEI number to escalate my problem like what an also are constantly asking for screenshots of phone an important thing they don't need but can't provide me with a actual number to ring should be illegal scamming under the quiese of superdrug when they all owned by threes who clearly are biggest liers about throttling ever cause my gf gets 480 mbps at side of me on her sim but mine 10mbps that's 1.2 mbs an the cs said that's efficient speed for 5g what world are we living in

I used to use EE, but after a really bad experience where they continued to charge me after I paused my account - I wanted out and I didn’t know whom to choose. EE never rectified the issue and tried charging me extra for it as well so I was definitely not going back to them. I figured I’d give Superdrug Mobile a shot because it was rolling so why not. Now I am not going anywhere. The connection to your regular Superdrug account is simply amazing, but the biggest seller for me is the customer service. Every time I’ve needed something or had trouble - the customer service has been quick, helpful, informative, and incredibly kind. I have recently had the pleasure of working with Mateusz, and they helped me resolve my issue in no time and went above and beyond. I could not recommend them enough!
