I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.
Vandana is an excellent travel Consultant. She has always dealt with our requests in a very prompt, timely and most effective way. She has always been polite and understanding of our flexibility in booking tickets. She is an absolute asset to the Southall team well done well Vandana.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions! Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.

I booked 2 economy class return tickets from London to Buenos Aires through Southall travel costing £3645. The prices for like to like dates, class confirmed quotes from Iberia airlines was £2702 and BA was £2421. Southall offered to refund only £200 and refused to match either of the airline prices despite submitting quotes from airlines and travel online sites. An excess amount of £900 paid more by me. Would not recommend Southall Travel to anybody.

I had heard of Southall travels but never used its services before. I contacted them at 9am on a Friday morning, to help me book flight tickets. The call was attended by Ateet, who was very humble and kind. He listened to my needs, and budget and suggested a great deal. My family was in a horrible situation with missing a flight and struggling to try and get another flight that wasnt insanely expensive. In barely any time Riya was able to help us greatly and make things reasonably affordable. We're really thankful for how she helped and how kind she was. We always have a great experience with South Hall travel and their staff.
