I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.
Vandana is an excellent travel Consultant. She has always dealt with our requests in a very prompt, timely and most effective way. She has always been polite and understanding of our flexibility in booking tickets. She is an absolute asset to the Southall team well done well Vandana.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions! Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.

Ruchika at Southall Travel has been amazing. I had to unexpectedly cancel my trip due to unforeseen circumstances and re-arrange and on both occasions she was very understanding, attentive and proactive. I would strongly recommend dealing with her if you want a hassle free and positive experience.

I am a very loyal customer of Southall Travel over 20+ years! Jesica; Jane; occasionally Ratan and then for last 12+ years Riya. I generally travel: LHR—CCU—LHR in Business Class. My FOUR recent travels/ Bookings: • October 2023: LHR—CCU—LHR (RAWS2P: Business Class). • December 2023: (T4GDN7-- LHR—CCU—LHR: Business Class. • January 2024: (LXLO49) and my wife, Janet Banerjea (LXEZD8): Both Business Class. • Also Riya booked for the next in June 2024: NZATQO—Business Class. The service Riya offered during the Covid pandemic period, when my flight was cancelled and was stuck in Kolkata was exceptional & outstanding. She made me feel that Riya on behalf of Southall Travel was always there for me to support and bring me home to London! Recently, for my June travel: I requested departure on 2nd June 2024 and that was not available. She phoned the Airline or whatever she did and made that available for me for which I am grateful to Riya and Southall Travel. In fact, when she left Southall Travel for few months, I started looking for alternative company, but Ratan was efficient. I sincerely recommend Riya as your treasure in the company for her extraordinary service & passionate dedication to her customers.
