The Worst Customer Service
Made a complaint that was taken to the Ombudsman and won for awful customer service. Been waiting for a response to my second complaint for weeks now as they sent me to debt collection with no cause. Every time I get in touch I get palmed off. I asked for a deadlock letter if they weren't going to do anything about it so I could go to the Ombudsman for a second time and was basically told to wait. This is beyond a joke. I would never use this company again. Can't get hold of anyone who takes account for their mistakes or actually tries to help.
