Car fuel tank wasn't full on pickup - we were offered to take it as is, but seeing as we'd have to fill the tank on return, we'd be paying to fill up someone else's used fuel, as well as our own - not appropriate. We waited for the car to be filled - the person who filled the car didn't tell the reception staff he had filled and returned it, so we waited about half an hour longer than we should have. The car itself was fine and there were no issues with it.
