Excellent value. We took the full insurance option, and it was still cheaper than the base offering from the other companies. Sure, the car had done over 100,000 km and had some scratches, but the car ran well and they photograph the car before and after, so no problems there.

Quick and easy pick up and made it soooooo much easier being able to use a debit card ( did have a credit card but didn’t realise when booking it had to be the card I paid with online….hence why the debit card was handy )

Amazing customer service. My wife left her headphones in the rental and we only realised once we got to the airport. Not even 5 minutes had passed after us noticing did we receive a call from James saying they’d be on the next shuttle with Luke. This on top of the already unreal service we received from James made our trip and I’ll always use Snap when we’re in Queenstown because of it. Huge shoutout to James and Luke!

I came for my grandnephews funeral and happened to stumble across snap rentals and booked a car with them online it was such an easy process and it helped that I could use my debit card as I don’t have a credit card as most rentals ask for. When picking up the car the process of picking up and drop off the level of service was just awesome and very quick. Will definitely only be using Snap rentals whenever I am in Nz. Thank you. Great vehicle for traveling apart from the cup holder in the backseat not going down as its handy for placing hot drinks in during long distance travel, we have told the rental place about this and hope it can be fixed other than that all was good.
