Had concerns that this offsite Airport option might be difficult and time-consuming - it wasn't. The Airport collection and return process is very efficient and financially rewarding, The vehicle fleet is near new and in good condition. No negatives - will use again.
The pick up and drop off ran smoothly, the vehicle was fairly new and was extremely reliable, easy to drive and extremely good in some trying road conditions…. I would highly recommend this company

Really affordable rental. Great quality car, very clean and modern. Communication was great and the shuttle from the airport was hassle free. We walked back to the airport after dropping the car back and it is not far at all.

inaccurate explanation to the guest, not detailed, and not attentive to the guest... the car has been informed that if it is extended, it will still be charged a late return fee. a bit disappointed.

Car was clean. The car sounded terrible like it was in 2nd gear. However it ran well. Staff were helpful and efficient. $2000 deposit not returned upon dropping car back advised we would have to wait 10 days for return. This was not advised on pick up. This is unacceptable and should be illegal to keep our money.

The shuttle from the airport was efficient and friendly the vehicle we were renting was too small for 5 adults and luggage. An alternative was immediately offered and the price upgrade was very reasonable. It was a far better vehicle which was comfortable, with in built GPS and lots more room. Returning the vehicle was a good experience and the staff were very obliging.
