Great shuttle service and quick in and out with the car. Basic corolla, well presented and easy to collect and return. Smiles all round from the staff.

just wanted to share my experience with the rental. I booked a medium-grade car, not the cheapest option, but I feel like they gave me the most basic one. The USB charger doesn’t work and I needed that, and I only noticed at night that one of the headlights isn’t working. I picked the car up in the morning so I didn’t check the lights earlier. That was a problem for me when driving at night.

Very quick and especially friendly service. Don't know the advisors name but she was very good. Nice car, no problems, and nice prompt pick up from the terminal and drop-off too. Highly recommended. Oh and great price also!

Since the start of my booking back in March 2025 till the day I collected the vehicle at the Queenstown branch on the 15th June, everything was arranged smoothly and swiftly. A special thanks to the three gentlemen on shift at Snap Queenstown on the 15th June 2025. Couldn't recall their names but they were patient and assisted with my queries and concerns. The vehicle was in pristine condition as well. If I were to come back NZ, snap is my first choice to go to for a rental fleet.
