Pickup and drop off were super easy, and when I left my jacket on the back seat, they were very quick to get in touch and send it back to me.

Quick and easy service from extremely friendly staff. Nothing was difficult. The shuttle bus made airport transfers a breeze too. This is the best value for money car rental in Queenstown, and I will certainly be using them for my next trip. Thanks guys!

I had no problems except waiting for a vehicle to pick two of us from the airport with no signage on the van as advertised. But overule the experience was great.

Friendly staff prompt pick up and drop off

The bumper on the car was unclipping when driving which is extremely dangerous I had to stop every 30 minutes or so to clip it back in. I then drove the car all the way back to snap rentals as I did not feel safe driving this vehicle and all they offered was another car? I paid $70 in fuel and another $90 for a broken car. Pretty rude. Wont be using them again

Snap rentals is amazing ! I had an awesome experience with them in Queenstown. I ended up injuring myself skiing and ended up in crutches travelling solo with a 5 year old. On the trip back to the airport Luke was just amazing helping me with all my bags and coming into the airport with me to bring my bags to bag drop. Couldn’t be more grateful for you guys ! Thank you so much
