Easy to book online. Very efficient transfer service. Lovely, friendly driver (great service Joe), and the staff at the counter were genuinely friendly and helpful. A great team to deal with. One suggestion - let customers know where the release button is for the petrol tank 😀

Customer service was great and efficient

Only issue I had was, the first vehicle I had smelt like someone had been smoking in. Called snap and they more then happy to replace vehicle. Only inconvenience was that we had to come back to the base to return vehicle which caused us to change our plans for the day. Other than that it was a smooth and easy experience and also very affordable prices.

I got full insurance but then got my card held for a $2000 bond. I got full insurance so I didn't have to pay the bond. So that kind of put a source taste in my mouth.

It would have been extremely helpful to have had .. A. Assistance with using the in car applications, esp for navigation. B. It should be one of the first things to give information about.. where to purchase petrol, ie the closest one or easiest to access. C. Display in the car, your drop off address for ease of return.

The vehicle was good and they upgraded my vehicle with Hybrid model FOC. Picking and dropping was smooth process.

Great staff and easy pick up. A great car, but had know idea how to use any of the radio, gps apps or anything electronic. Everything on the display is in Japanese, even the logbook in the gloves box.

Awesome company, great communication, fast process to collect and drop off the vehicle. Car was clean and just what we needed for a weekend.
