I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Kerry had always been able to reassure and told it how it is. Thank you so much Kerry and your team in having looked after myself and Peter throughout this process.

Very poor experience.
A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but donβt have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Very poor customer experience during flat purchase
I am working with this firm for purchasing a property.
The service has been very slow, communication very poor - it is a struggle to get a hold of our solicitor - very slow (up to a week) responses on emails, booking meetings via their website, didn't help, as they get cancelled, when trying to call the firm directly, our solicitor is always either in a meeting or having some new technical difficulty (all sort of problems that at this point feel invented - IT problems, phone booting etc.).
Updates from the solicitor even when we receive them lack clarity - it's always "processing some updates / waiting for some updates". Additionally, they look a long time (weeks) to tell us we need to resend some papers - which clearly signals they are not on top of our case.
I would not recommend this for absolutely anyone trying to purchase property, extremely poor customer experience.
Costly Error
When buying my flat the conveyancer missed that the lease was for the incorrect flat number. This was pointed out to me 2 years after owning the flat during a re mortgage that was declined due to this. I was promised this would be fixed and a complaint raised, however 2 years on and trying to sell my flat this has not been addressed. This is despite numerous emails, calls and promises of call backs by a Director and my complaint being ignored.
Excellent service, regular updates arrived throughout the process of selling our home which made the whole experience much less stressful than otherwise would have been expected. Our assigned solicitor was always easy to contact and able to confidently assist with any queries. I can't recommend Simply Conveyancing highly enough!
