I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very responsive and helpful
Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! What a terrible conveyancing firm !!! We had to went through the biggest hell in ours life. Not going in to all the details this is terrible organization with horrible customer service so my advice is absolutely clear: AVOID THIS ORGANIZATION AS HELL!!! Please don’t make same mistake we’ve made choosing this firm to sell our house.

I was slightly apprehensive about using a non local company but my estate agent recommended simply conveyancing. I didn’t need to worry. Edward has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. His professionalism, efficiency, support and advice have been second to none. He did everything he could to ensure everything was completed smoothly and quickly and was incredibly helpful when things didn’t go to plan.
