Costly Error
Costly Error When buying my flat the conveyancer missed that the lease was for the incorrect flat number. This was pointed out to me 2 years after owning the flat during a re mortgage that was declined due to this. I was promised this would be fixed and a complaint raised, however 2 years on and trying to sell my flat this has not been addressed. This is despite numerous emails, calls and promises of call backs by a Director and my complaint being ignored.
