Poor customer support
I ordered a sweater, which arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged. I already own several of their items and have been satisfied with them. However, upon inspection, I noticed that the back of the neckline is poorly sewn in two places. I contacted customer support. They offered me the option to take the sweater to a tailor of my choice and pay for the repair myself, after which they would reimburse me with store credit in the amount of the tailoring invoice. This is outrageous. It means I have to repair the sweater at my own expense. This is also against EU consumer protection laws. It is downright ridiculous and insulting to their customers! It clearly shows that they don’t care about their customers. Never again!
