We have used Setfords on a number of occasions for selling properties. Anna Nuttall and the team made the whole process very easy. We were updated frequently and any queries we had were swiftly answered. Just a very easy and pleasant process overall.

Been professional throughout and completely transparent. Also, the response times to reply to emails is excellent.
Was initially disappointed that the whole starter pack needed to be printed out, signed and posted back. I did everything in 2 hours, and posted a file an inch thick the same day. Paid £1000 just to open the file. Rang at the end of the following day to check they had received it OK, but it turns out she doesn't work Thursdays. Never received any confirmation of receipt of all of the documents. Rang to check in a week later, turns out she didn't work Tuesday either. Was told that my case was being dropped and they cannot divulge the reasons why. I wonder how long they would have left it if I didn't call up. Still I have no correspondence to say they will no longer act for me. Disappointed that there was no online portal, no acknowledgements or updates and absolutely devastated that I have lost another week and wasted my time with a conveyancer who can't take the job on. I have been told my deposit will be refunded minus their ID check fees, but it's not clear how much I have lost and right now I'm still out of pocket.

I spoke to 4 solicitors before i found Ursula Moore ( Setford Solicitors). None of them gave me any confidence on completing on time before the April deadline. After speaking to Ursula for just 5mins, i was convinced she was God sent. She was really calm, professional, easy to talk and was very receptive. She was willing to give it a good go, that was all i was looking for, someone that will try. Ursula was on top of everything, constantly updating me and even working weekends whenever necessary. Absolutely outstanding service received from my conveyancing solicitor Helen Fensome. After 2 previous sales falling through due to surveys Helen kept me sane! Helen provided a professional service providing guidance expertise and support on all matters! Helen was very responsive and approachable. 10 out of 10 for communication. I had 100% trust in Helen ability to deal with this in the tight timeframe we had! Still not quite sure how she managed it but thankful she did!
