We have used Setfords on a number of occasions for selling properties. Anna Nuttall and the team made the whole process very easy. We were updated frequently and any queries we had were swiftly answered. Just a very easy and pleasant process overall.
Karen was excellent! She was super responsive and helped with any questions we had as first time buyers. The whole experience was so smooth and speedy, would highly recommend Karen and Setfords!
Been professional throughout and completely transparent. Also, the response times to reply to emails is excellent.
Was initially disappointed that the whole starter pack needed to be printed out, signed and posted back. I did everything in 2 hours, and posted a file an inch thick the same day. Paid £1000 just to open the file. Rang at the end of the following day to check they had received it OK, but it turns out she doesn't work Thursdays. Never received any confirmation of receipt of all of the documents. Rang to check in a week later, turns out she didn't work Tuesday either. Was told that my case was being dropped and they cannot divulge the reasons why. I wonder how long they would have left it if I didn't call up. Still I have no correspondence to say they will no longer act for me. Disappointed that there was no online portal, no acknowledgements or updates and absolutely devastated that I have lost another week and wasted my time with a conveyancer who can't take the job on. I have been told my deposit will be refunded minus their ID check fees, but it's not clear how much I have lost and right now I'm still out of pocket.

Julia who dealt with our case was so unbelievably amazing, by being told by so many people that moving was so stressful, we have not felt one inch of stress because of how amazing she has been. Exceptional Service ! Magdalena Grzesiecka from Setfords have been assigned to us in an emergency as previous solicitors struggled with our case, Magdalena has always been communicative working late hours over weekends and holiday to get our case over the line, and made the process very smooth and stress free for us knowing what we had her dealing with it. Communication was great, we never waited for an answer more than a day! in the past we have also dealt with many solicitors, and had a low expectations but Magdalena and Setfords have changed our view that you can get a great Solicitor working for and with you!
