All inclusive holiday very good. No hidden costs. The variety of tours was excellent and the quality too of a high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Scenic.
We found the cruise disappointing. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, the room was kept clean and tidy and it was well organized. The food was good. The guides were all excellent. However pictures in the brochure were misleading. We only "cruised" for one afternoon where we could see the scenery we mostly travelled at night. Our cabin was also above the engine room and the bed actually shook at night. We thought we were booking an up market luxury cruise but it honestly felt more like a holiday camp. The photo in the brochure shows a couple at a table with space all around being served by a waiter. We were all crammed into the dining area with so little space you could hardly walk between the tables.

Everything The Scenic Eclipse ship was amazing and the captain and his crew very professional and friendly. The suites were very luxurious, comfortable and roomy. The staff from butler down were delightful. The restaurants and bars again were excellent and the menu changes every three sittings again very professional. The Expedition Team again very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. To top it all the helicopter flight over Antarctica unbelievable.

The Scenic Christmas and New Year cruise was excellent in the main. Booking was easy, as was selecting excursions ( all included in the price). On board staff were excellent ( especially Alex, the cruise manager and Ben, who dealt with entertainment. ) They made it a brilliant experience. The excursions were very good. Sometimes they felt a bit rushed. A later lunch would be better than having to be back on board too soon. On one occasion, we were taken on a very long walking tour of Salzburg and told we couldn't leave until we'd been shown the meeting point. It took one and a half hours to get to it and it was time to meet for lunch then, anyway! Food was generally excellent and my allergies were taken seriously on this cruise ( which wasn't the case on the Bordeaux trip we did). The only food let- down was no turkey on Christmas Day ( but there was turkey at lunch on other boats doing the same trip. ) Most entertainment was very good, other than the singer on Christmas Day. Ten minutes of the Christmas music we'd been told he'd sing, then he said that was enough Christmas and he'd sing what he wanted to. He was rude to guests and overly tactile. Unfortunately, computer issues meant we didn't get the survey to complete on this trip, so I wasn't able to express my Christmas Day disappointment, both with food and entertainment. Overall, though, Scenic are excellent. We have, on previous cruises, had high water issues and the delays have been dealt with brilliantly and compensation has been more than adequate. We will be enjoying our 6th Scenic river cruise this summer. I noted one reviewer suggested that reviews from people who have been invited to submit a review are not genuine. No, those, including this one are the genuine ones, as Scenic invites guests to submit reviews.

We had a fantastic cruise. Lovely ship, fantastic crew, lovely food. The excursions were very informative. It would have been 5 stars but the pre-departure and post arrangements were really poor. Information was sent to the wrong email and the call centre staff seemed to want to blame the Tour operator. Fortunately on the 3rd time of asking I finally got a really helpful lady who sorted everything. I am still waiting a reply to an email sent on our return. So great Cruise let down by the UK office.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. There was absolutely nothing to fault from the hotels at the start (Raffles) in Siem Reap to the cruise down the Mekong on Scenic Spirit, to the finish in Ho Chi Mihn City. The staff, food, all included experiences were sublime. It was so good we booked it again for 2026! We cant wait!! Just book it you wont regret it.

First river cruise, staff, food were fantastic - everything was pretty much amazing . my only criticism is that the rooms were very hot, even with windows open in winter - this was a common complaint with most people.

We have travelled with Scenic to Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand including a Mekong river cruise. The quality of the holidays is first rate, but since 2020 and the changes in office practices, the process of booking and level of errors made by the booking personnel has become a challenge, with the attention to detail somewhat lacking. This has not stopped us booking trips for 2025 and 2026 but be vigilant when checking your booking confirmations. Perhaps it's time to reopen the Manchester office and introduce improved supervision.

We did the Danube itinerary, and the Scenic team looked after us from start to finish. The trip created memories me and my wife will never forget. The booking process was seamless, the ship was magnificent and extremely well maintained. The cabin was excellent and the staff onboard were top class and worked hard to make the experience a special luxury trip for all onboard. I particularly liked how attentive our housekeeper Rudy was- always making sure our room was clean and in tip top condition. The fact that everything was inclusive (tips also already factored in), meant that you can just enjoy the experience, the food, drink and excursions hassle-free. The atmosphere onboard is warm, pleasant and friendly, and there was always something going on. The crew did a great job with entertainment, excursions and logistics. Best ships and staff in the game. We can't wait to book our next one!

The service and customer relations were exceptional and worth the expense of a Scenic expedition. The inclusive pre-paid experience also resulted in creating a stress free experience.
