Great in every department. Will do it again. Amazingly good organised.
All inclusive holiday very good. No hidden costs. The variety of tours was excellent and the quality too of a high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Scenic.
We found the cruise disappointing. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, the room was kept clean and tidy and it was well organized. The food was good. The guides were all excellent. However pictures in the brochure were misleading. We only "cruised" for one afternoon where we could see the scenery we mostly travelled at night. Our cabin was also above the engine room and the bed actually shook at night. We thought we were booking an up market luxury cruise but it honestly felt more like a holiday camp. The photo in the brochure shows a couple at a table with space all around being served by a waiter. We were all crammed into the dining area with so little space you could hardly walk between the tables.

This was a highly successful trip with the service onboard being exemplary. Our suite was delightful and the size of a good kitchen/diner. We tried to keep a wedding anniversary quiet but our butler spotted cards and produced a bottle of rose champagne plus a cake for four at dinner. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone.

Wonderful river cruise (our second time on the Rhone) in April. We are cruising again with Scenic next month, this time from Amsterdam to Budapest, for the second time. Wonderful not to have to keep signing for purchases & worrying how much to tip & to whom.

We didn't go ahead with our trip in the end as the customer service was so appalling - and this for a very expensive trip to Antarctica. The prices quoted for flights when these became available were also outrageous (Β£8kpp for business class inc taxes) and far more than those available to book direct. Be particularly wary of their early bird booking offers as they are not what they seem - they quote a Β£1250 figure towards flights but it only applies to flights if you book through them (at vastly inflated prices) and they don't tell you the figure carries no monetary value ie it is non transferable if you want to book flights yourself. We have since rebooked with another provider who have provided the level of customer service you would rightly expect at this price point and have been fully transparent in their pricing. Give Scenic a miss!

We booked to travel with Scenic from Lyon in April this year on the South of France river cruise. Scenic failed to provide us and several other passengers with embarkation details and fundamentally the location of the ship. They also failed to provide adequate customer service back up both during and after the horrendous and very stressful experience. Be aware that they are a company that do not respond and appropriately react when they get in wrong. The cruise itself was very good apart from the rooms which need updating and rethinking. There was also a lot of sickness and illness onboard during the cruise which Scenic failed to provide adequate support and assurances.

Our first cruise on Scenic Eclipse. Having previously cruised on the larger cruise ships and major brands, having now experienced the large yacht style of cruising, am now converted to this lifestyle for future cruise holidays! We made our own arrangements to stay locally for a few days before and after the cruise so cannot comment on the transfers. However from being met at the gangway by Captain Ned until departure found we were sailing on a lovely ship with a great crew and friendly passengers.

As usual, a very enjoyable cruise, with everything taken care of. The only downside was the early disembarkation time with a late in the day flight.
