Travelled with RSD to Nepal in June. Very good holiday, saw lots of interesting places, guide was superb and hotels were of a good standard. I would recommend the RSD holiday to Nepal

Cultural trip to Sri Lanka
I have travelled with RSD a few times and have never had a bad experience. An excellent way of seeing a country at an affordable price.
Fantastically beautiful country with lovely people
Went to Sri Lanka with RSD - fantastic countryside, amazing friendly people, good hotels and an amazing journey around the country in all its guises - one of the best trips of my life (I travel 10 mths a year) - why so good - people, no hassles of any kind going out, low cost economy, wonderful weather - an absolute gem of a holiday full of variety with something for everyone.
An Absolutely Fantastic Trip To The Balkans!
We had a wonderful holiday seeing so many UNESCO sites in Kosova, North Macedonia, Montenegro & Albania. Except for the last one, which was a little bit "Soviet era", the hotels were lovely with excellent food, very comfortable indeed. Our Turkish guide Gdoikca went above & beyond to help all passengers on her coach, even rescuing a hearing aid, which had fallen out in Cafe Mozart in Budva, Montenegro & organising for someone to drive it to our hotel at least 2 hours away so we had it before the coach left next morning.

Northern Cyprus tour - save your money
Currently on the Northern Cyprus tour - all I can say is don't bother! Been on 2 previous RSD trips - really enjoyed them but not this one, and will never travel with them again, no matter how cheap. Fully aware have to visit the factories but what you don't expect is to leave your hotel at 9.15am and not actually see anything on your tour itinerary until just after 2.00pm and then only given 1.30 mins (Bellapais), which didn't give enough time to view the site and grab a little lunch. From 9.15am until then was in firstly a jewellery outlet and then straight on to the leather outlet. We then finally reached the other item on our itinerary just before 4.00pm - Kyrenia Castle to then be told by the guide that best hurry around as it closes at 5.00pm - so almost 5 hours in 'factories' and an 2.5 hours in the places you've actually come to visit - utter joke! We're off to the 'free week' hotel day after tomorrow - been told by the guide that it's in the middle of nowhere so strongly advises to buy the all inclusive - so basically you don't have an option do you! No doubt there's a lot to see in Northern Cyprus but you're not going to see it with RSD because we haven't, but yet again we're now experts on carpets, leather and jewellery! Plus on the day we visited the carpet factory because we spent so long in there one item on our itinerary was missed due to lack of time - didn't bother me as not particularly somewhere wanted to go but others on trip did, simply not acceptable.

Tour operator RSD Travel mean refund.
Tour operator RSD Travel mean refund. My wife needed a heart bypass operation so that is the reason for our holiday cancellation. Not happy with a 50% refund on cancelled 15-day 4-star tour of Croatia & Montenegro holiday 22nd March 2023 (44 days before travel date). We went on many nice holidays with RSD Travel. Also we rebooked this holiday many times including last year on changes they had requested.

Going on the 15-day 4-star tour of Croatia & Montenegro holiday in March/April looking forward to this trip. The person I spoke to at RSD was very helpful and we have booked to go to Turkey in November. The prices or very reasonable.

Cappadocia Trip First-class all round
Returned in November from Cappadocia trip. What can I say but A1 service from our Tour guide Kadir and our driver. Nothing was to much trouble. Amazing first week 2nd trip to Cappadocia with RSD and it was the best. Only 1 hotel was not up to standard. Think it must have been closing but 1 night put up with it. The sites you vist are breathtaking. Kadir went into so much detail Nothing was boring even vist to Leather Carpet and Jewelry were enjoyable some beautiful things to see and information about how things are made. Go with an open mind. This was our 4trip with RSD . Booked for Croatia while we were away for March 2023 really looking forward to meeting up with old friends made on our last trip. Extras are worth it I drank my way through loads of coffee and by time you put meals and alcohol in more than excellent price and value for money on 2nd week. Hotel was amazing Castavil free buggy ride to hotel beach.These extras are optional you don't have to buy.But we do all extras we love the fact you pay when u get there makes the holiday cost effective cause it gives u time to save for the extras. Cannt make everyone happy but we as a couple would recommend this company all day every day as value for money despite extras. Thank you RSD but most of all Kadir fir been simply the best

Second successful R.S.D. Tour
Went to Northern Cyprus there,the arrival was smooth ,well organised,the first hotel was quieter than expected.The weather changed from great to very high winds so take waterproofs at all times,the food was excellent and the excursions were no too bad for a cultural tour.The second hotel was excellent,expensive and interestingly situated,the third hotel had a great selection of buffet food and patisserie,lots to do and lots of relax time but beware of the currencies as the Cypriots won't entertain British Currency at all!.

I have been on 2 holidays with RSD and…
I have been on 2 holidays with RSD and have thoroughly enjoyed them. The North Cyprus tour was brilliant. We had an additional 7 days at a 5 star hotel. The hotel was in a remote setting but we actually enjoyed relaxing in such a beautiful setting and the use of the fabulous spa. You are paying a mere pittance to enjoy the holidays they provide. We went on the 7 day tour to Turkey which meant moving from hotel to hotel but we saw some incredible places we would never have visited. The food on the tour to Turkey was not great but the North Cyprus tour was excellent.

A positive experience
We travelled to Croatia, Montenegro in November not sure what to expect as reviews seemed to be mixed. We were pleasantly surprised, our guide Suat was amazing, the hotels on route were generally good, some were very good. We saw some interesting places along the way. Yes we were taken to carpet and jewellery factories, a bit of enthusiastic selling but easy to withdraw from. All in all, happy with our 2 week break in November.

Just back from a tour of Croatia
Just back from a tour of Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina & Montenegro. This was our 4th RSD trip in 9 years so we knew what to expect. We enjoyed the tour, our guide Suat was mostly professional, funny & not too pushy. Our driver Joseph was excellent. As always the hotels are pot luck with a couple of very good ones & the rest mediocre. The last hotel in which we were staying for a week was disappointing because the rooms were very dated & had lots of things wrong with them. We opted for the dinner package for the first week but really we didn't have to as there were plenty of restaurants/cafés nearby to be able to get an evening meal. Also it really is about time RSD stopped calling the dinner package "Gourmet" as there is nothing remotely gourmet about it & there never has been. We avoided the all inclusive the second week & were glad we did as we were tired of buffet meals & there were plenty of places to eat out. Plus the inclusive drinks were very limited & of poor quality. As with all RSD tours you can have an enjoyable time if you have realistic expectations for the price you've paid. Also the guide & fellow travellers can make or break the trip & we were lucky this time.

Our fourth and worst holiday with RSD…
Our fourth and worst holiday with RSD to northern Cyprus the last hotel supposedly 5?star was terrible bathroom and room looks as if it hadn’t been done since the 70s we weren’t in the main hotel vinu palace looked really nice however now a casino we had meals there but paid extra for all inclusive £444 as a couple we lived on bread sticks Cheese it was awful couldn’t eat it lots of people were Ill. We endured the room as couldn’t move us. Wrote to TSD they just dismissed it and don’t want to know. We shall not be going with them again although our 3 holidays before we’re ok. They offered £50 voucher which is an insult . Not very good customer service so if anything is wrong don’t expect RSD to put anything right not interested I am most disappointed with them we hadn’t been for 3 years with them so it looks like standards have really slipped

Brilliant value for money
Brilliant value for money An extremely low basic price holiday plus an optional tour / food package at a small additional cost. Note, the additional package is optional. If you don't want to do it you don’t have to so you don’t pay for it. TOUR - Value for ££, Good guides, quality coach transport, good hotels, adequate hotel food, all at reasonable prices, RSD - Excellent communication, efficient company, knowledgable staff SUMMARY - What on earth is not to like. Great value for money
