A positive outcome to my dilema…

I phoned in a bit of a panic to ask for a document for my tax which had to be done today. I spoke with Beverley Barnard who was polite helpful and very quick to send me what I needed. An absolute PLEASURE to deal with her!! Thank you Beverely!!

Great customer service and help from Stacey Head at Red Rock Property Magement

Great customer service and help from Stacey Head at Red Rock Property Management providing empathy and understanding for our situation and always helping and getting back to us quickly. I also have to say that we've noticed a huge improvement compared to our last property management company since Red Rock have taken over, they have already in the short time made a number of improvements for our building and provided fantastic customer service where as the previous company was absolutely awful, had really rude staff that spoke to the lease holders so badly and never made any improvements, would just increase our service charge for no reason. Thanks again Stacey and the property management team at Red Rock for Edinburgh House, all your work to improve things is really showing and appreciated!

Stacy Head I spoke to Stacy about my service…

I spoke to Stacy about my service charge, she requested I put the information in an email to her which I did straight away. Within 5 minutes I had a reply from her that resolved my problem. I’m very grateful to Stacy for the manor in which she resolved my problem, polite, professional and clearly customer focused. Stacy is a great asset for Red Rock.

This is in relations to Flat 2 Arc 85 London road Stanmore Middlesex. I would like to praise the work of Stacy Head who has always tried to resolve any problems I have had with my accounts. She is prompt and very cordial in dealing with any outstanding matters. We need more people with her attitude in your company.

RedRock try and rip off someone weaker

I've just lost the sale of my flat because RedRock are corrupt. I got an offer in August. The last week of January they pulled out. It's been too long. (I've got all the emails I've been at my desk since August). I've not been eating, sleeping or washing. I've been doing my own legal work. RedRock wanted to charge me £25 per question. The recidivist Harris, got he's staff (?!) to tell my first solicitor I was in debt for maintenance and ground rent (slander) She believed him. They're muddling up the amounts, muddling up the bills, trying to muddle up me. I'm not muddled, they are crooks. I pay on time, I keep records, my accountant keeps records, I take photos of everything, I keep emails, proof, the law is in place to back me, I'm ahead of you every single time. Now leave me alone and rip off someone weaker. RedRock, offered me a £50 Amazon voucher for purposely not doing their job and letting my sale fall through. One question. What can one buy with £50?
