I phoned in a bit of a panic to ask for a document for my tax which had to be done today. I spoke with Beverley Barnard who was polite helpful and very quick to send me what I needed. An absolute PLEASURE to deal with her!! Thank you Beverely!!

Great customer service and help from Stacey Head at Red Rock Property Management providing empathy and understanding for our situation and always helping and getting back to us quickly. I also have to say that we've noticed a huge improvement compared to our last property management company since Red Rock have taken over, they have already in the short time made a number of improvements for our building and provided fantastic customer service where as the previous company was absolutely awful, had really rude staff that spoke to the lease holders so badly and never made any improvements, would just increase our service charge for no reason. Thanks again Stacey and the property management team at Red Rock for Edinburgh House, all your work to improve things is really showing and appreciated!

RRPM manage a property which I own but…

RRPM manage a property which I own but do not live in. There had been confusion with regards my correspondence address but this was swiftly resolved by Stacy Head who promptly returned my call and then emailed me with confirmation of account. First class service.

Positive experience always from Stacy Head.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stacy head (credit controller) few times now, relating to queries I had on my account and she is so helpful, professional and replies to emails promptly. I was charged Β£90 late fees but after explaining my situation, the charges were removed from my account immediately. I have also spoken to her on the phone before, very polite and professional. Every query I have had has been dealt with swiftly by Stacy. She is amazing!

Absolutely appalling service, integrity and accountability.

Gave us 3 months notice as no longer doing blocks under a certain size, then on the end date advised they would not be handing over funds and financial information for up to three months post termination leaving us unable to function or pay anyone. Following many weeks of chasing and escalating to the MD he claimed they held no unaccounted for funds. Once they finally handed over they in fact held Β£27k of our funds the whole time. Despite numerous requests for an explanation the MD Adrian Chilvers then refused to respond despite agreeing to do so once the handover was complete. Sadly you can't give zero stars so it pains me to have to give them one. Avoid at all costs. I will add I placed this same review on Google and Adrian did reply to that by completely failing to address any of the factual detail above and instead replying with rhetoric and falsehoods. Please read that if you want to understand the nature of the company

Don't touch any property run by Red Rock

From the lack of timely accurate information when purchasing my flat to requests for additional payments I have had nothing but constant issues with Red Rock. It doesn't help that they have no other local properties to me in Brighton (they sent one of their H&S people from Dagenham for a 30 min check). Cost of the cleaners is outrageous and any small thing you get charged for. Currently trying to bully us with very high cost quotes for some roofing work which is only a priority because the tenant downstairs, Sainsbury's local, have complained about leaks. When I raised an issue they did nothing for months. If you see Red Rock is the Management company, my advice, stay well clear. I hope new legislation is passed ASAP to protect leaseholders from these type of companies

Always happy to help

I have been working with Redrock for 6 months as a contractor, I have found the property managers helpful & knowledge. The accounts department are always on hand and professional, they were very efficient to respond to a query I had. Chloe helped me rectify a problem, her patience and understanding was very much appreciated.
