Rightmove has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
Right move is set up to sell financial services (like mortgage products) and promote estate agencies that pay for additional promotion. Registration is painful, taking 5 mins to wade through their security protocols

I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

Why do you allow Let Property on your website? They scam by selling fake properties and not allowing you to view them, taking a buyerβs premium of 3 to 6 grand, however they feel on the day, and never refunding it.

Getting hold of anyone Rightmove is a nightmare. I waited over a month for anyone to follow. I sent 6/7 emails and called 4 times. I received a call from someone in the London dept. but they said they need to refer me to the Cambridge dept.... 2 weeks later still no contact from them.

I've found Rightmove to be very useful and have used it for a failed and ongoing purchase If you are looking at a Leasehold property, be very careful about the ground rent. If it is over Β£250 or Β£1000 in London- per annum, due to Assured Shorthold Tenancy you may struggle to obtain a mortgage on the property unless the lease is amended

Appreciated a phone call reply rather than back and forth on email (which too many other companies seem to have fallen into the trap of and forgetting customer experience). Rahima was very polite, happy and patient. Great customer service.
