I've found Rightmove to be very useful and have used it for a failed and ongoing purchase If you are looking at a Leasehold property, be very careful about the ground rent. If it is over £250 or £1000 in London- per annum, due to Assured Shorthold Tenancy you may struggle to obtain a mortgage on the property unless the lease is amended
