I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

Great customer service (new tenant point of view)

Seem some negative reviews about this company, however this was not my experience. Lucy called me this morning to get some additional details about my landlord to complete the referencing check. She was very professional and friendly to talk with. As I was a bit nervous about my landlord dragging their feet, I asked about other methods to verify, and she explained all steps to me to put my mind at ease. I called back to update them on the information required, this time I spoke to Danielle. Danielle again was super friendly and updated me that my current landlord had been in touch. Just wanted to give a shout out for both of the team members I spoke to. Thank you for making the process easy and uncomplicated!

I've become exasperated with the new RM…

I've become exasperated with the new RM site: I find it disjointed and thereby not enabling a free flowing search as the previous arrangement. I heartily agree with "why try and fix what's not broken" (somebody trying to be cleaver or something)? I further note that RM are charging Agents more and more and arrogantly risking there market share position. I'm soon off to Zoopla and will return when your previous and perfectly good site returns.

I recently had the need to contact…

I recently had the need to contact Rightmove about an error on a listing (not caused by Rightmove). I was very impressed to be replied to within 20 minutes and the problem completely resolved within the hour. I had a further reply advising all had been resolved. I have never dealt with Rightmove before and was impressed with the way things were handled, especially the politeness of how they dealt with it. Thank you to 'Jamie' for handling this. So refreshing to receive this level of professional customer service.
