Rightmove has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
Right move is set up to sell financial services (like mortgage products) and promote estate agencies that pay for additional promotion. Registration is painful, taking 5 mins to wade through their security protocols

I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

They keep house ads on their site that have already been sold by agencies, which make you lose time watching and/or considering them. Ridiculous.

Have to say less than happy with the descriptions and images attached to properties here in Spain. We went to see properties at El Valle Golf today, and as keen golfers were of course interested in the facilities available. However, the range, practice facilities, probably even some of the golf course views displayed on the website were not of this course, totally misleading! It's not the first time we've had to deal with stock images and inaccurate descriptions from Rightmove.

I have always found this a very good and useful app when looking for properties which might be my new home. It easy to use, helpful to look for particular types and sorts of properties. The main problem is not with the app but the often unreliable data in the app eg Street View not showing the property.

I don’t use a VPN for property searching and am working abroad. Lately the website is inaccessible owing to some recent ill-considered IT changes. Rightmove have ruined their own site’s user experience overnight for a multitude of legitimate customers, exacerbated by having no contingency in place whilst under-resourcing their online support during major adjustments. For example: Like many others I’ve tried and re-tried their stated resolution process of online contact via case number, without any reply (or even simple acknowledgement) forthcoming. No choice but switch to alternative resources now onwards.
