Blocking Access Blunders
I don’t use a VPN for property searching and am working abroad. Lately the website is inaccessible owing to some recent ill-considered IT changes. Rightmove have ruined their own site’s user experience overnight for a multitude of legitimate customers, exacerbated by having no contingency in place whilst under-resourcing their online support during major adjustments. For example: Like many others I’ve tried and re-tried their stated resolution process of online contact via case number, without any reply (or even simple acknowledgement) forthcoming. No choice but switch to alternative resources now onwards.
