Absolutely the worst courier company in…

Absolutely the worst courier company in the world. A complete disgrace when it comes to customer service. Despite providing a perfectly accurate address twice, they still failed to deliver my parcel. They never called my phone, never rang the doorbell — just marked the delivery as failed without even trying. I honestly can’t say enough bad things about this company. Avoid at all costs!”

I rented a bike despite the prices are…

I rented a bike despite the prices are so expensive from them because I needed to much for my delivery job. It's been 2.5 month and decided to bring it back for returning. They asked me about appointment for returning. I didn't know I had to return it before 1 week notice. And they said they had to cut of my half of deposit because of it. And no one told me this return policy. I already paid nonrefundable £50 for starter fee. I paid for insurance for £7 every week. I was paying £60 for weekly rent. And now they cut off £50 more of my deposit. This is a robbery. I didn't know your their return policy and their zoomo staffs didn't say anything about it when I rented the bike two and half month before. They will already rent this bike that I brought to them immediately. People are in queue to rent the bike. So they don't lose any money for this but I lose money. It is unacceptable. All my rider colleagues who is working for Uber and deliveroo asked me about my zoomo experience. Now I never recommend the zoomo to them. Location: Zoomo UK, located in Bethnal Green
