Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

Really considerate…
I was having a double mattress delivered, and not one that rolls up. The driver tried to call me 3 times, my phone wasn't taking his call. We finally got through and he waited 10 minutes whilst marched home with my dog. I am so grateful for their patience with me.

Initial delivery was cancelled
Initial delivery was cancelled in the day, just a few hours before estimated time. Had to chase for rescheduled slot which was a week later. Delivery itself was perfect, very polite and on time
