The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.
Arrived on time, polite and courteous. Very tidy and cleaned up after the works. Explained what had been done. Excellent service Many thanks
Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

Finally fixed on 3rd visit, 1st engineer didn't bring door, 2nd engineer didn't bring screws but brought doors, but today 3rd engineer Ben arrived promptly fixed oven door in 20 mins , was courteous & customer friendly & got job done. Reported around 7th June fixed today 23rd June. Would have given 1 star + service remain a joke, however 5 stars due to Ben & 2nd call handler Mealanie brilliant who took job personally, apologised for horrors , got back to me, sorted problem and arranged for me to be 1st customer this morning. So grateful to them. Please commend her -& Ben who visited today. Do review why when Job reported as Outer Oven Door , no door was brought & effectively right parts not ordered. I had no oven door or use of it for nearly 3 wks & except for today staying in for visits and organising them was a waste of my time. However today all sorted with Customer Service you could only hope for so 5*

I received very efficient service. I had to go out on the day of my appointment but your call handler said that she would try to arrange for me to have the first appointment of the day. She explained, succinctly, what messages I would receive according to whether or not her request for the early appointment had been successful. I was very impressed by her polite manner and desire to help. The engineer came at 8 a.m. and the problem was quickly solved. I was also impressed to learn that your company arranges engineers' visits on a location basis to cut down on unnecessary travel.
