Spoke to accounts assistant Samantha this morning regarding my new account. She gave clear and concise information about the concerns I had and was very polite and helpful. Great quality clear and easy to understand phone call.

Debbie who I spoke to today was brilliant and resolved my issue. However, it would have been 5* for overall satisfaction for the company had I not been wrongly chased for outstanding bill (which was paid weeks ago by DD) and it had been dealt with first time when I called last week without being called today with Debbie unaware I had already called up last week to try resolve and promised course of action never followed. Last week was told likely data issue and the girl who can confirm is on lunch and will drop me an email to confirm, today Debbie called to chase payment unaware of any of this previous discussions. Can’t fault Debbie’s customer service today though, just the processes and systems at this company.

Very helpful as always. Vast improvement on the previous business water company we dealt with. Jenny is always quick to respond and nice dealing with a company where there is a bit of personal touch. You are not routed through endless bots or press this and that button on your keypad.

I want to give a 5 star review for Debbie Harrop who over a 5 month period handled my case which was extremely frustrating for me during this period but thanks to Debbie and without her patience i might not have reached a settlement in the end i got my issue solved mostly all due to Debbie thanks again Debbie .T Gracie 👍

Hassled us for money for months for a service we were not receiving despite informing them of such and providing photographic evidence. Threatened us with debt collectors and everything. Treated us as data on a computer rather than human beings. I hope never to have any dealings with them again
