Professional, courteous and attentive customer service

I spoke to a couple of members of helpful staff in two departments. My call was transferred quickly and efficiently. It was such a positive experience to deal with real caring people and not “bots” or endless automated pre-recorded messages. Debbie in Customer Service was understanding and patient explaining my charges and payment options. One of my best experiences with any public relations advisers. I really appreciated her advice and explanations, as well as her email follow-up to record our conversation and to provide guidance relating to my water charges. Thanks and well done Pure Utilities from one satisfied customer.

We submit the water meter readings each week by image and numbers. We are then billed monthly. System works well. Thus satisfied customer.
