The worse water company ever… price is high and no customer service and support, what they wanted is take your money…

Spoke to accounts assistant Samantha this morning regarding my new account. She gave clear and concise information about the concerns I had and was very polite and helpful. Great quality clear and easy to understand phone call.

Keep getting random emails addressed to someone else but for a property that's serviced by the council trying to get me to pay bills. Very dodgy, never have I given any details to this company and I have no idea where they've got my email address from. After reading the other reviews it seems they are trying their luck to scam people. Edit - I don't know why you're telling me you've not received account details, how on earth can I send you details when I don't have an account with you. You've obviously not read my review.

I was allocated pure utilities for a holiday cottage, Honestly it has been one awful experience from start to finish, the water in the cottage is turned off all winter and there is no water supply, these rogues are sending me bills for maintain water pipes as high as when the water is switched on, it’s a total rip off by them, I want to end my contract immediately with them but they are trying to force me to stay with them, it’s disgusting, want rid of them asap.Wish I had not be allocated them in first place.

Excellent service supporting our local village hall by applying for exemption from water rates on our behalf. After initially contacting them, we have received updates annually and the service is ongoing without us needing to reapply. So helpful! Many thanks.

I am office manager for a community trust and being a charity, it is exempt from paying water rates. Pure Utilities managed this with no fuss, and also arranged to renew next year. First class service.

Debbie, who handled my query, was excellent. She answered my questions, provided me with information and supported me to troubleshoot the issue. I am totally fed up with speaking to machines and dealing with problem issues on line, that never seem to get resolved, so it was a delight to actually speak to someone, especially as they knew what they were talking about and actually seemed to care about the customer - well done PU!
