Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

5 stars isn't enough!

5 stars isn't enough!. Product is very good quilty. Customer service is impeccable. I honestly wouldn't buy from anywhere else. My son has owned his pure air pro for almost a year and it been perfect. Used daily, it has proven itself over and over again. Only ever had to reach out to Customer service once about a small issue and they were quick to respond,eager to help and in a matter of a few days everything was sorted.

Really can't fault Pure.

Really can't fault Pure. Scooter had an issue with the metal forks, I completed the online questionnaire with photos of the issue. Pure responded within a day and asked for the scooter to be returned. They arranged DPD courier, luckily *nhad kept the box which made returning it easy. I expected them to assess the fault with a view to fixing it but without any hassle they sent a brand new scooter immediately. DPD delivered the new scooter the next day and took the one which had developed a fault at the same time. The customer service was fantastic. Thanks Fin and everyone at Pure for your help.

aucun SAV cela fait 15 jours que notre trottinette est en panne elle a 1an et coûte 600 euros. à ce prix là là moindre des choses est de répondre car message Facebook mail et message sur le site c'est honteux

MY PURE AIR PRO 3 developed a…

MY PURE AIR PRO 3 developed a electrical issue so i sent it back & it was fixed quickly & returned BUT returned with a flat tyre so i returned it again & that was fixed & returned took a bit longer but it was done, i can't put anything bad in a review because pure customer care was 10/10 & my scooter has been 10/10 except for the 2 small problems explained above, I've bought other makes of e.scooters but was rubbish, BUT i would recommend to anybody to buy PURE e.scooters solidly built better than other e.scooter make/company.. 5*

Issue after issue

I bought a pure scooter in April. All good and well for the first Month no complaints. Scooter then developed a fult where you turn the handle bars to the left the scooter would cut out. Emailed the pure waited a few days no response. Sent a message on there facebool page and got a response the next day. Arranged for the scooter to be collected and fixed took about 2 weeks in total to get it back. Again all good for about 2 weeks then the same fault accourd. Again facebook was the quickest response. This time they booked it in as a priorrity and was about a week turn around. Received it back and the light was broken off the frame at the front. Messaged pure straight away and was told i could return it or take it to one of there recommend repair shops on my area. I didnt send it back this time as i needed the scooter. Anyaays about 3 weeks on the scooter will now not turn on sent a message to and they have said they will fix as a priority but ive lost all hope looking at a diffrent brand now. Customer service is very slow at getting back tou you repair times are long and apparently not very good.

aucun sav la trottinette lâche sans raisonet vous devez en racheter, la garantie est un leurre dommage pourtant j’étais plutôt content de la trottinette…sans réponses depuis 1 semaine pourtant réponse sous 48 a 72h malgré plusieurs relance je ne compte plus vous recommandez extrement decu.

Good refund re failed battery

I recently made a claim under the Consumer Rights Act (2015) for a battery failure in an Orbea ebike, bought from Pure Electric a little over 2 years ago. A 50% refund of the battery cost was given. A very good response.

Got a pure for my sons birthday

Got a pure for my sons birthday. Yes it developed a fault in the first 3 months but emailed pure and DPD was sent within a few days along with a new box to send back and get repaired. A couple weeks later the scooter came back as good as new. Moving on a few months a fault came up on the dash. Again contacted Pure and again within a few days DPD turned up and took it away. Just had an email from them saying they couldn't repair it but they have sent a brand new scooter. What you have to remember is that these are mechanical items and things do go wrong. But how they handled my situation was great. I would not hesitate to use this company again. (My other sons birthday soon and guess what he wants?) Will be placing another order in October for his new Scooter. Thanks guys. Top Notch Service.
