Issue after issue
I bought a pure scooter in April. All good and well for the first Month no complaints. Scooter then developed a fult where you turn the handle bars to the left the scooter would cut out. Emailed the pure waited a few days no response. Sent a message on there facebool page and got a response the next day. Arranged for the scooter to be collected and fixed took about 2 weeks in total to get it back. Again all good for about 2 weeks then the same fault accourd. Again facebook was the quickest response. This time they booked it in as a priorrity and was about a week turn around. Received it back and the light was broken off the frame at the front. Messaged pure straight away and was told i could return it or take it to one of there recommend repair shops on my area. I didnt send it back this time as i needed the scooter. Anyaays about 3 weeks on the scooter will now not turn on sent a message to and they have said they will fix as a priority but ive lost all hope looking at a diffrent brand now. Customer service is very slow at getting back tou you repair times are long and apparently not very good.
