Got a pure for my sons birthday
Got a pure for my sons birthday. Yes it developed a fault in the first 3 months but emailed pure and DPD was sent within a few days along with a new box to send back and get repaired. A couple weeks later the scooter came back as good as new. Moving on a few months a fault came up on the dash. Again contacted Pure and again within a few days DPD turned up and took it away. Just had an email from them saying they couldn't repair it but they have sent a brand new scooter. What you have to remember is that these are mechanical items and things do go wrong. But how they handled my situation was great. I would not hesitate to use this company again. (My other sons birthday soon and guess what he wants?) Will be placing another order in October for his new Scooter. Thanks guys. Top Notch Service.
