Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Terrible customer experience

Ordered Thurs morning and told to expect next day delivery. Contacted support told delivery will be Monday. Now Tues following week no order, no tracking email, no response from customer service.

Warranty repair returned not even fixed and with more damage than when it was sent off

Sent my Pure Electric Flex to Pure via their warranty portal online. Scooter had an issue with the connection from the wheels to the handlebars no longer in alignment and off by 90 degrees, as well as the left hand side grip which is temperamental while unlocking and locking. Scooter was delivered today via Moose. On first inspection, the courier has ripped the box and scuffed rather badly the folding footstep, which I could possibly live with. I unpacked the Scooter and to my amazement the scooter has none of it's faults rectified. It's quite literally in the same faulty condition it was sent off in. **Do not buy a Pure Electric Scooter, as their after sales service is absolutely by far the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with** **Update. Pure agreed to replace the faulty broken scooter with a brand new replacement after they collected the faulty broken Pure Flex Scooter. Scooter collected by DPD. Pure confirmed receiving back. Apparently, they need to check the faulty broken Scooter first before sending a new one. So far it's been a week and STILL no replacement received??? 😕

Terrible

Much the same review as the one before. Ordered a scooter on 30/07/23 for next day delivery. Finally got a reply by email from Manpreet to apologise and say it will be with you Monday at the latest, I can’t receive it any later as it was needed for a holiday. Well Monday is here and I am still waiting, I have raised a dispute with pay pal to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting treatment to customers.

Ordered the scooter air 3 pro July 31…

Ordered the scooter air 3 pro July 31 at 7.42 am as it says next day delivery for my sons birthday 5th August, still no tracking number and finally someone called manpreet answered my email and chat on there page to be told yes you will receive the tracking number 2/8 from 2pm till 9pm, and guess what no tracking number and no other information reguarding my order appalling customer service

Achat Catastrophique : Des Trottinettes Fantômes et un Service Client Inexistant ! PURE ARNAQUE

Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon expérience d'achat. J'ai commandé deux trottinettes il y a plus de 10] jours, et malgré la promesse d'une expédition sous 1 à 2 jours ouvrés, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Pire encore, je n'ai obtenu aucune réponse à mes multiples e-mails de relance concernant le retard de livraison. En plus de cela, je trouve absurde de recevoir une demande d'évaluation pour des produits que je n'ai même pas reçus. Cette situation est totalement inacceptable et témoigne d'un manque flagrant de professionnalisme et de respect envers les clients. Je suis extrêmement frustré et je me verrai contraint d'annuler ma commande si la situation n'est pas résolue immédiatement. Je déconseille fortement ce vendeur à quiconque souhaite éviter ce type de désagrément.

Servicio post venta nulo

Servicio post venta nulo, llevo 3 meses esperando que me reparen mi patinete en garantía, ahora le pedido que me lo devuelvan (sin reparar) y ya no me contestan. Lo doy por perdido. no recomiendo que compren esta marca.

Probleem snel verholpen.

Drie dagen na ontvangst was de step in panne ! Alarm E3 !!! Gratis teruggestuurd voor herstelling. Na een goed week had ik het terug. Morgen mijn eerste ritje. Hopelijk is de herstelling van blijvende duur. Bedankt voor de snelle service !

Do not buy the Air3 (terrible make)

We brought a pure scooter Air3 back in August July last year 2023, within a couple of months the scooter stopped working so we got in touch & was sent out a box to send it to be fixed, the scooter lasted a couple of days before breaking again so again sent it back, it then broke a third time sent it back and the scooter was returned unrepaired, the lady I had contact with (Jill) agreed we should be sent out a replacement scooter, the scooter came and was ok for a few days, after which the display went on it but by this time the scooter was out of warranty, since having the replacement scooter I have taken it to a local Pure Electric engineer that has had to fix 3 issues with it and it has cost my £200 just to be repaired, I personally feel that Pure Electric sent me out a faulty replacement just to keep us quiet. Absolutely would not recommend anyone purchasing an Air3 as after speaking to a few people, this version is terrible and easily breaks. Personally they should all be recalled as they are faulty. DO NOT BUY.

très mauvaise qualité de produits ainsi que service après-vente déplorable. je ne recommande pas. acheté depuis 4 mois utilisé un mois maximum et les trois autres mois en réparation. en plus j'ai dû courir afin de pouvoir la faire réparer. refuse de rembourser et à la limite du comble nous mettent nous en tort.
