Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Bought a new scooter from Pure online

Bought a new scooter from Pure online. Scooter have had issues. Dashboard was full of scratches and Weird whining sound coming from the charger. It takes ages for them to answer emails and yet unable to resolve the issues. Not gonna buy from them ever again. What an awful experience.

Exceptional service before and after…

Exceptional service before and after sale. We had a fault at month 11. Contacted PURE, and they sent a returns box. Scooter was repaired and return within 6 working days. No cost for repair or shipping. Great scooter, but exceptional customer service

Qty 4 Scooters have Now Failed.!!

Scooter Number 4 (after first 3 were already exchanged by Curry's) has now gone wrong for the 2nd time. Pure had it back once and allegedly repaired it, but soon after it came back to us, it has failed again!! Communication with Customer Service is a one-way conversation by email as replies are painfully slow or non existent. A promised refund has not materialised despite me chasing on a daily basis...! It is not possible to actually speak to a human, and no one will ever call you even if you request a call-back! Product Quality is Very Poor and far below where it needs to be..! Customer Experience & Customer Service is equally as Poor as the Product..! Pure have now replied to my original report above but at least 50% of what they have written is incorrect..! The 4th Scooter which has malfunctioned twice was bought direct from them, it was NOT bought from a 3rd Party..! Scooters 1 - 3 were bought from Curry’s and Curry’s always replaced them when they went wrong… Interestingly, I have had an email this afternoon from Pure advising that my Refund is being processed for payment on Friday so we will see what happens..!

Mobile again!

My pure air 3 just stopped working and I contacted pure to see if they had any suggestions, and low and behold they resolved my problem. Not only are their scooters great but their customer service is exemplary. I would definitely recommend them to all

Bonjour sa fait depuis le 29/07/2024 que j’ai effectué le retour du colis (la trottinette) a été livré dans vos entrepôt nous sommes déjà le 08/08/2024 le monsieur du service client m’a dit que le processus de remboursement prenait entre 5 à 10 jour jusqu’à aujourd’hui je n’ai toujours pas reçus mon remboursement. J’appelle sa du vol remboursez moi mon argent. Cordialement : Mamadou Keita

Manpreet Can not give pure scooters enough…

Can not give pure scooters enough credit , the customer service I have received is at the Top of the tree, from start to finish for me has been amazing firstly there was a mix up with my spare part , I offered to send back but instead I was told to keep hold of it and received the proper part today free of charge , if every company followed suit that would be a credit to them , I will always be a valued customer to pure electric 👍🏻

Excellent customer service when dealing with a warranty repair. The communication from Teresa at pure electric from start to finish has been brilliant. Nothing has been to much trouble to sort. Thank you.

Ordered over a week ago no product

Ordered over a week ago, PS380212 money taken within 2 days, no scooter, no tracking number, no reply to various emails and no phone number to call? Think ive been scammed! only ordered as it stated next day delivery as its was a birthday present!! The customer service is disgraceful
