Do not buy the Air3 (terrible make)
We brought a pure scooter Air3 back in August July last year 2023, within a couple of months the scooter stopped working so we got in touch & was sent out a box to send it to be fixed, the scooter lasted a couple of days before breaking again so again sent it back, it then broke a third time sent it back and the scooter was returned unrepaired, the lady I had contact with (Jill) agreed we should be sent out a replacement scooter, the scooter came and was ok for a few days, after which the display went on it but by this time the scooter was out of warranty, since having the replacement scooter I have taken it to a local Pure Electric engineer that has had to fix 3 issues with it and it has cost my £200 just to be repaired, I personally feel that Pure Electric sent me out a faulty replacement just to keep us quiet. Absolutely would not recommend anyone purchasing an Air3 as after speaking to a few people, this version is terrible and easily breaks. Personally they should all be recalled as they are faulty. DO NOT BUY.
