Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

From my first contact with Prospect back in September, nothing has been too much trouble for Matt - if he was not immediately available he always returned my calls promptly and was happy for me to visit the property as often as I liked (also sending through progress photos as the conversion progressed). He even offered to wait at the property for a delivery due before I moved in!

I have been with Prospect Estate Agency as a tenant for the past 2 years and I can undoubtedly say I have never been so happy and satisfied with the customer service they have provided me with every time. My property manager is Beckie Baxter and she has been phenomenal from day one to immediately provide a solution to my queries/ requests. Even when there were delays due to the COVID situation, Beckie had continuously been following up on the issues and trying to give the best solution as possible. Recently, there was a need to modify my contract renewal pattern because I won't be able to go for a yearly contract for some constraints. Beckie immediately picked up the problem and on the same day she discussed with the landlord and resolved the issue. I can now extend my tenancy on a rolling month-by-month basis. I can't thank her any more for this immense help! I really appreciate the level of good work Prospect Agency and the team are doing. Thank you very much.

As a landlord, I have let my property successfully through Prospect for several years without any issues. The property recently came up for renewal, and Beckie Baxter liaised with both the tenant and myself to find the type of tenancy which would suit us both best at this time. Beckie explained clearly, concisely and professionally what this would entail to both parties, and we were happy to move forward. Beckie has managed this property on my behalf for some time now.
