Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

I will complain when required, but I am also the first to give credit when I receive good service. In fact, good service should come as standard, but these days it's very rarely received. Great service is what should be applauded. This is what I receive from Becky Baxter. I have been a Landlord for many years now and Becky has always quick to report any issues with a property. Becky is also very good at keeping me updated with progress of those issues. Becky is a credit to Prospect.
