Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Melissa Fisher Miss ,The Senior Property Manager of Prospect Property Management. As a new comer from Hong Kong, we come across a lot of difficulties and need to put a lot of efforts to adapt to the new life here. I know Melissa about 10 months ago when I moved in to this home. Good Experience working with Prospect. We bought and sold our house with them and both the process was super efficient just like all of their staff. I would like to special mention Michael Sharp and Aimee Smith who were dealing with our case and they are really nice people. They always made sure that we are aware of each and every step of the process and things are moving forward at good speed. There was hardly anytime I can remember when I have to follow up with them as it was always these people coming back to us with updates. Overall, I would highly recommend Prospect and their Services.

We were in contact with Beth Murphy of Prospect Estate Agents as a buyer of property marketed by Prospect. Although we were not Beth's client she made it clear that she would update us regularly throughout the process - and she did just that. This was very helpful as our own lawyer was not a great communicator and having additional input helped to monitor the sale/purchase progress. It also clarified issues and allowed me to intervene with my lawyer when necessary as I was aware of both sides of the story. This clear and regular communication from Beth was an essential element in helping us get through the uncertain system of buying a house in England. As a result of our experience with Beth I would certainly consider using Prospect as my sales agent in the future.
