Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Beckie Baxter has been super friendly and supportive with her assistance with our rental property; we have found her very warm and you do not feel like an inconvenience asking questions as other agents in the past have. She’s really fast to respond and send communication between ourselves and the property owners. I would also like to give a special mention to Lloyd Richardson for his initial support in securing the property and answering all our questions, we found him very professional. By far the best experience we’ve had to date with lettings agencies. Great staff - don’t lose them.
