I would like to express my sincere thanks to Melissa Fisher Miss ,The Senior Property Manager of Prospect Property Management. As a new comer from Hong Kong, we come across a lot of difficulties and need to put a lot of efforts to adapt to the new life here. I know Melissa about 10 months ago when I moved in to this home. All along she not only responses promptly for any requests on repairing work and also a lot of carings to myself and my family. Her carings made us feeling very warm and encouragement . Even we still need to face a lot of difficulties but with her support ,we have a very comfortable home to stay and let us have confidence to move forward.
