Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Taken 8 months for the Property Ombudsman to rule that this disgraceful, bending the truth, say what they want you to hear company to be told that they were in the wrong. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE think twice before putting your property in their hands, or giving them money to supposedly act on your behalf with renting one, for then them to do a VERY bad job, of a thing that I am sure they have lied and said they would do their best for you. They will just do the absolute minimum to get their commission each month, which they denied to me in black and white email, just to get your money. They even tried to lie about me to the Ombudsman that I bullied them when all I did was action something that they gave me again in writing. STAY STAY STAY AWAY from this company.
